My son, the mortgage broker has written a series of articles on how to get the best home
loan. He has a lot of experiance Making Home Loans Countrywide. He got his start years ago as a loan officer with
Countrywide Home Loans. According to Robert, the best home loan is the loan that meets your specific needs and/or
purpose for obtaining a
loan while providing a monthly mortgage payment that is manageable and not loaded with high origination costs. Robert
says, the loan rate is not necessarily the best determining factor and certainly is not the sole criteria by which you
should make your decision when selecting a home loan. As crazy as it may sound, sometimes the best loan for you is one
with a higher rate, a shorter term or a mortgage with options that provide a substantial benefit based on your situation and/or
future plans. Home purchase loans and a refinance home loan generally fall into 3 categories: 1) Prime or "A", 2) Alt-A
and 3) Sub-Prime for those with less than perfect credit, poor credit and simply put - bad credit:
